IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND OnTarget Software. BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, YOU ARE AGREEING UNCONDITIONALLY TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT, EVEN IF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT IS DEEMED A MODIFICATION OF ANY PREVIOUS ARRANGEMENT OR CONTRACT.

1. For the purposes of this License Agreement, Software refers to the computer software code, graphics, and online or electronic documentation, including any and all executable files, tutorials, help files, utilities, and other files that accompany the Websites Now product.

The Software Product is owned by OnTarget Software and is protected by United States copyright laws, international copyright treaties, and all other applicable national laws. Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the software shall remain with OnTarget Software. There is no transfer to you of any title to or ownership of the Software, and this license shall not be construed as a sale of any right in the Software. You may make additional backup copies of the software, but they cannot be redistributed, or re-installed on other servers within or outside of your business without obtaining a license for each server.

2. Grant of license. You are granted the right to use Websites Now on one server in your organization per license purchased. Each copy is specifically setup for one server, and anti-piracy tactics are in place throughout the software. Each copy of Websites Now can build unlimited websites throughout the life of the software, and the sites can be sold in any aspect required by your organization.

3. Other Restrictions. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Websites Now with the intention of redistributing it. However most of the source code and graphics are provided with the software so that your organization can make the neccessary modifications to allow Websites Now to fit your needs. 

The Software Product is licensed as a single product and its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one server.

4. Support. Support for Websites Now is provided by OnTarget Software. However, the support for your end users using sites built on the platform is not the responsibility of OnTarget Software

5. Liability. Other than as permitted by applicable law, in no event shall OnTarget Software or its suppliers be liable for any direct or indirect damages whatsoever, arising out of the use, or inability to use Websites Now. In any case, OnTarget Software's entire liability is limited to the amount actually paid.
